"This hotel was underwhelming. It was Valentine's Day weekend. The pictures make this place look big and clean. The original room that we got SMELLED like **** BAD and it looked like someone was just in there because it wasn't clean. Water in the bathtub and hair on the sink. Gross. So I called and asked for a different room. They were nice and moved us right away. Still, a very small room for too much money. Also, best western PLUS Kelly inn.... I didn't understand the name until we arrived. It's like they are 2 hotels squished together."
