This is a monitored access where guests 8 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards, and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Per noise restrictions, wheeled coolers are permitted, but they must be carried down the pedestrian pathway, which leads to the beach through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any deeded beach access along 30A. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. guests can walk or bike to the nearby shops, restaurants, & events in rosemary beach, alys beach, and seacrest or take the trolley to the beach! this home feels like new, with refreshing upgrades done throughout. the open living space and dining room provides plenty of comfortable seating for all guests to relax after a long day. this home has a king bed located in the master bedroom along with an ensuite bathroom, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin-over-queen bunkbed in the first guest bedroom, and a queen bed in the second guest bedroom along with an additional full bathroom off the kitchen. this home does not allow parties or events of any kind, or guests under the age of 25 who are not accompanied by an adult chaperone. absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an ok2charge ev charger. before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the qr code on the face of the charger when you arrive. great memories await! please note: a dog is permitted, but it must be under 75 lbs and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300. please note: seacrest beach does not allow golf carts in their community.
