The living room is definitely mid century modern with the velvet couches, vinyl wall and record player. It is also fitted with a fire place, just for ambiance (PLEASE DONOT BURN WOOD IN IT). If that's not enough, the BACKYARD is equipped to bring the fun outdoors! Our large firepit area allows for long talks around the fire. Or take a seat on the swings under the pergola. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 6. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. 7. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. 8. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 68°F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. We supply the first serving of coffee & water for your convenience as well as the essentials for example paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. after that it’s your responsibility.
