GREAT OFF SEASON RATES! Our 1909 home has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated. Located in the historic Garden District, it is only a short walk to Sherman Ave, the center of downtown, the resort and the shores of Lake Coeur D'Alene. Two blocks north of the house is Midtown, an up and coming area of CDA, that has several restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops and great shopping.Highlights of our home are many. The house has three stories with sleeping accommodations on all three levels. We have a NEW large rooftop deck which has access from two of the upstairs bedrooms as well as from the kitchen breezeway. There are chaise lounges for sunbathing and an outdoor dining table for summer dining and loveseats to relax in and watch the comings and goings on the street below! The small backyard is fenced and is perfect for kids or playing a game of bocce.On the upper level of the home there are two large bedrooms with one queen and one king bed, a third bedroom offers a full size bed. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors out to the deck-perfect for that morning cup of coffee! The bathroom has been remodeled to include granite counter top, stone tiles and a jetted Jacuzzi tub.The main floor is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen with eating space in both the kitchen and dining room. The over-sized living room offers a large flat-screen TV with a Wii video game system and custom designed marble fire place. Attached to the living room through a set of French doors is an office/den that is perfect for a children's playroom and/or extra bedroom. It has a southern exposure, so you can soak up the sunshine all day long on all the water toys we provide!The house has central air conditioning. The ensuite master has a King Bed. The other two bedrooms have new Queen beds.Sleeping 6 comfortably. All Bedrooms are upstairs.The country kitchen opens onto a spacious deck, just the right spot to enjoy a meal or watch the sunset with wine from our local winery that we have waiting for you. This amazing home is located right on the lake. You couldn't be closer to the water. There is ample space for your friends and family to comfortably enjoy all that Lake Coeur d'Alene has to offer. There is a private gas grill on the deck, so you can have al-fresco meals with a 180-degree panoramic lake view. At the end of your day, relax in the private hot tub and gaze up at the night sky. As is somewhat typical on Couer d’Alene lake there are stairs (100 newly built grippy steel stairs) that lead from the parking area to the cabin which is waterfront. Going forward you will need to use the described stairs to unload and load. The unloading road mentioned in a few reviews will no longer be available starting spring 2023.
