The most amazing thing was that on check-in day, the front desk lady, Xiao Tao, immediately offered me a cup of hot tea and patiently introduced me to nearby attractions while I was waiting. Her warm and welcoming service was truly refreshing and satisfying. The lobby is also beautiful, with meticulously designed art that shows meticulous attention to detail. Room experience: As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by neatly arranged amenities and a perfectly flat bed. The bathroom's floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the night view. Toiletries were fully stocked, and the room was fresh and odorless. I also want to especially commend the room service lady. She even gave me two extra bottles of water and thoughtfully told me to let her know or call the front desk if I needed any help. It truly made me feel like family, like a warm family member. The hotel's breakfast was varied, and the lady in the restaurant was not only welcoming but also delicious. The best part is the pool and gym. My kids love swimming, so it's perfect for me to work out while they swim. They really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Parking is free, too, so free to come and go. The security guy was also very nice. Another point worth mentioning: my child forgot their phone in the room, and the front desk immediately called us.
