Review for Azul Bahia - August Stay My family and I stayed at Azul Bahia in room 7 A in August, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we had difficulty getting into the condo as the management company did not inform security of our arrival, leaving us to wait in the heat for an hour. Inside the condo, we encountered several issues. The coffee maker was broken, so we couldn’t enjoy coffee. More importantly, the toilet in the master bedroom broke on our first day and remained broken for the entire duration of our stay. Additionally, the air conditioner in the extra room was not working. We did inform the management company of our condo the second day of our stay, but the issues were never resolved in spite of them telling us they would be. We stayed 4 nights without a working master toilet and AC in 2nd bedroom. While the condo management company was disappointing, the security guards were amazing. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the pool was immaculate with the perfect temperature. Overall, we loved everything outside of the poor management of the condo.
