Me encanta selinas, muy lindo para ver el sunset, nunca me he hospedado en el hotel pero si me gusta ir a comer y ver el atardecer. La comida muy buena pero un poco caro, ahora el nombre lo cambiaron a Socialtel Jacó, es un hotel perfecto para los surfistas también

Ladrones. Selina me robó el dinero a mí y otras personas. Llegué con mi hija pequeña, directo desde Chile, y el hotel no existía y nadie se responsabilizó. Reservé dos semanas en Selina Puerto Viejo y, al llegar, no existía como tal. Hice la reserva en octubre. Me cobraron rápidamente. Pero no me avisaron que el hotel había cambiado de nombre, dueño, etc. Tengan cuidado.

Está muy bien ubicado en la playa, las instalaciones como piscina y restorant muy bien pero es lo único. Las piezas con terminaciones muy antiguas. Mucho ruido exterior en la noche.. se escucha todo entre el aire, el refrigerador y una máquina que no se que es afuera de la pieza. Mal aseo y personal en general no muy atentos.

La experiencia fue muy buena, el personas muy atento y la comida rica, pero las habitaciones estándar deberían de tener un televisor y ya que el hotel queda frente a la playa, deberían de tener algunas sillas en la playa, para que los huéspedes las puedan usar

En el hotel de Quito tuve un crédito de $76,11, me informaron que me hacían un deposito una semana luego de la estadía. Nunca recibí el dinero. Sigo dandole seguimiento al asunto y cada vez buscan una forma de alargar o tener una excusa para no hacer el pago. Yo me he quedado varias veces en hoteles de Selina y esto que me ha pasado en Quito ha sido una gran decepción, ademas que me cambiaron a un hotel de peor calidad ya que en una ocasión no tenían el cuarto disponible (hice la reservación 6 meses adelantado), no han podido hacer nada bien con la devolución del dinero que me deben. Veo que no le dan nada de importancia al servicio al cliente en ese hotel y ademas lo que me hicieron fue un fraude.

Worst Selina ever! During my several month trip to South and Central America I visited several Selinas but I was never as disappointed as here! The bathrooms are extremely dirty, the staff often cannot speak English and are incapable of doing their own job and the food in the restaurant is inedible. There is now a wall between the pool and the sea. If you then complain about the staff or the restaurant, you will simply be thrown out of the hotel. Never again!

Breakfast at Selina , Jaco. I asked for an americano, tasted like water. I had a granola fruit bowl, it didn't have yogurt, nor honey in it. Fruits and granola were no more then 6 table spoon it even had ice in it to replace the bananas, I guess. In all the years I've put comments on trip advisor, it's my first negative review. The kids didn't even finish their ceviches.

Ce Selina nous a accueilli avec la possibilité de laisser nos bagages dans une petite pièce car nous étions en avance pour le check-in. La localisation de cet hôtel est top. Le fait d’être au bord de la plage et à proximité de restaurants et magasins est très pratique. La piscine de l’hôtel est super belle tout comme le cadre. La chambre était confortable mais mal agencée, il manquait des espaces de rangement et de séchage pour nos vêtements mouillés. Mais l’airco fonctionnait très bien et il y a moyen de laver ses vêtements (un sac peu importe la taille) pour 12$. Seul bémol de l’hôtel, prix du petit-dej et bar trop excessifs! Mais en conclusion, bel endroit pour séjourner à Jaco.

We arrive at the hotel with a confirmed reservation and the staff never let us in because they said they couldn’t see my reservation. I showed him on my phone with all the details and still didn’t let us in…I usually adore Selina hostels but the one in Jaco never again !!!!
