Everything was good except one of the two elevators was not working right. It made a terrible knocking noise and was very bumpy making you feel like it was going to fall down or not make it up. We told the front desk but they said it has been worked on ?? Seems like they should of shut it down. Other guests wouldn't take it either, just continued waiting for the other elevator or taking the stairs.

Upon arriving late it was my birthday and the front desk custom service lady was welcoming and very attentive assisting me with information that I needed. I had an issue with my IPhone . She took the time to provide me with the local address to an Apple Store. The hotel was clean and quiet. The location is perfect. The manager Olivia greeted me with a smile and was very professional.,Olivia provided me with some good information that was needed since I wasn’t from Jacksonville. My overall stay was wonderful and I will come back.

This hotel was pretty clean and in a nice central location. There was one dirty spot on the sheets but I mentioned it to housekeeping and they came to change it very quickly. I arrived early AM and was told I’d have to wait about 45 mins till 10am in order to avoid being charged for an additional night.

Bright Hotel, great staff, good quick breakfast incredible beds. Awesome showers. This was my first time staying at a true property. It’s kind of a hip place to stay lots of colors, games, pool table, etc. down in the lobby. Looks like Hilton‘s trying to get a younger crowd to stay at their properties.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Cleaning staff threw away my 200 dollar toothbrush and staff was rude about it. The hotel rooms were not clean at all (hair everywhere and dust on a lot of stuff). The breakfest was pitiful at best, nothing was kept stocked and it was all mostly cold.

Very pleased
Burnt out from a long day on the road, this Tru by Hilton was a real treat for us. The woman at the desk was very friendly & helpful. The lobby was nicely lit and very clean. Our room was clean and nice. We don’t usually stay with this chain but this location left a great impression on us.
