Nice and clean hotel with nice staff. There is a restaurant and a bar which are decorated in fashion. The highlight is the heated indoor pool.

I had a wonderful experience and time every morning I went to breakfast the customer service was absolutely fantastic Drew in the morning breakfast server was amazing not only to me but he was great to others this helped my first time experience with Sheraton wonderful Sheraton great job 👏🏾

Hotel itself is quality. Mattress and pillows are comfortable, luxurious. Shower and bathroom are clean in the corners, no mildew or cracked materials. The staff take care to CLEAN and truly maintain so you know you’re in a well-attended environment. I had THE BEST experience checking in, eating in the restaurant, sitting down after a long day of traveling, waking up g up to a real breakfast on the buffet, coffee brought to my table. I return to this hotel because I WANT to, not because I don’t have other choices. Ii have to thank the Sheraton people who mount their extra touches on my April trip- Todd, Kaitlin, Kimmy, Haley S, Pao, and Tierra. You all make me feel like royalty. I will keep coming back!

We had an incredible experience at the Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel (10605 Deerwood Park Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32256). From the moment we checked in, the level of service was outstanding. This trip was both a much-needed break from parenting duties and a business trip, so having a peaceful, accommodating environment was essential and the staff delivered. Special shoutout to Bryce, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful during the night shift and somehow managed to still be just as professional, kind, and attentive the next morning after a long night. His dedication did not go unnoticed and made a real impact on our stay. The flexibility and thoughtful accommodations made all the difference. We’re genuinely grateful for the peace of mind and comfort provided during our time here. Highly recommend this location for both business and personal travel.

This one is very nice. Front check in until departure I felt like everyone was glad I was there. Todd at the bar was amazing. He was interesting and made great suggestions. The room was very clean as was the hotel. The parking and location were great. I look forward to a return trip.

First and foremost, the bartender, Todd, went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable as a business woman traveling alone that normally does not sit at the bar, it was such a welcome change to enjoying a comfortable and safe environment. Plus the concierge lounge was exceptional and a nice welcome after a long day. This will me my go-to business hotel for now on…it felt like home! Great customer service! Above average in every way!

Nice hotel, no complaints. What really made the trip though was Todd at the bar. He ruled. Really funny, remembered my drink order from the night before. Brought me a refill on the patio and everything. Great dude. I’d come here even if I lived here just to drink at the bar with him.

Overall is nice. Great location, close to Towncenter with a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is good too, especially Pao who is super nice and caring makes my stay at Sheraton Jacksonville feels like home. The room is large and clean.

BC Grill was wonderful and we have been here many times but Pao our server is the best. She knew right away a special item my husband likes to order and when you get that service - it is the best like a top tier 5 star Marriott should be. We loved the food and Pao is the best and truly knows her customers and Bonvoy guests.
