Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jacksonville I-95

This place is one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed in. We checked in and got to our original room and there was trash everywhere. Cigarettes and candy wrappers in the drawer, pretzel pieces and other mystery food behind the bed and hair in the bathtub… not a good first impression. The person at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, and moved us to a new room. This new room was better than the last..but not the best. There were stains all over the room, still a bunch of trash behind the bed. There was even hair PAINTED into the shower. However, We did get a good night’s sleep. At checkout the person at the front desk was still very apologetic and told us that the general manager would look into everything.

We've stayed at many Country Inn & Suites over the years, but this was absolutely the worst. All of the carpets in the hallways and the rooms were horribly stained and dirty. Nothing in this hotel felt clean! We've always had a good hot breakfast at the hotels we've stayed at, but this one had cereal, cold hard bagels and fruit, that was it. Look at the reviews before you book this hotel!

Decent little place for the price. Its not real high end. The pool was out of commission, the fitness center was locked, the breakfast was average at best....... But for the price of the room, I felt like it was a reasonable stay.

Never again I wouldn’t take me dog to this hotel and he’s a pet there was some very nice employees but there was this one guy that works there he was being really rude and it made my boyfriend very uneasy

Wish we could give this a better rating because the employees were friendly and helpful, but the condition of the property belied the outside appearance. You could tell that at one time this was a nice hotel but it is used up and in sinking condition' When we got to our floor the hall carpeting looked repulsive. It looked like someone had worked on a tractor there. The room was musty but clean. TV barely worked and there was only one working ice machine for all four floors. Had it not been late we would asked for our money back. We were told that it was due for refurbishment so maybe it will be better in a few months. Definitely not on par with other Country Inns.

I’m a radisson rewards member so I’ve been to a lot of their chain hotels and most of the country inns are pretty nice but this one…. They need to burn it down and rebuild because it’s at a good location. . The carpet is old and dirty, beds are tiny, squeaky and uncomfortable, the whole facility looked like it’s seen better days. The kids might say that it’s raggedy. And oh, there might be bedbugs. I woke up with multiple itchy bug bites. So if you don’t mind possibly hosting bedbugs on your body and into your home then you might find this place tolerable? We ended up spraying down all of our belongings with bed bug treatments before returning to home.
