I booked three (3) rooms at the Crown Plaza; the rooms were located in the 2nd tower. The air conditioning in the hallway and common area was not working- it was over 95 degrees with a heat advisory. Two of the rooms they gave us had bedbugs (pictures attached). Ms. Williams was very understanding. Jeff the manager said he went into the rooms and did not find any bedbugs. (Not sure how he came to that conclusion. They relocated all three rooms to the main building which was much nicer.

Concluded my business visit to Jacksonville, Florida. My initial welcome and first impression of the hotel staff couldn't have been better. I was greeted by Lawrence and Krystal with such courtesy and professionalism. Throughout the week they were continuously conscientious of my personal needs while I was conducting business at the hotel. I will definitely consider making accommodations for future visits to the area with this hotel. Thanks.

I am an airline pilot. I work for Republic Airways. We stayed with the Crowne on July 5th. Corrine and Olivia were working the front desk on the 5th. There were very helpful and friendly during the check in process. I had an issue with a snack machine and they helped me resolve it. The next morning on the 6th, Brad was working the front desk. He was very helpful and friendly as well. The rooms were nice and the van driver was very nice too…

We had a wonderful experience because at first our room was not right when we got there. But Bradley F. Helped us with no problems with a better room. Great stay and nice hotel. Very clean and well appointed. The staff, most especially Lawrence, Krystal and Crissy was exceptional and their customer service was on point. They made our stay exceptional.

Made my reservation as usual, and then the app asked me if I would like to upgrade to a King Premium for $8. I clicked the add button. When I got to my assigned room, it was not a King Premium but a room with 2 queen beds. I called down to the front desk to let them know. She said they would take care of removing the $8 in the morning. There was a bill that was slid under my door, which showed the increased amount. I called downstairs, and I was told to prove my reservation said that. Wait, what? I showed him my co formation email which showed i was supposed to be in a King, yet Lawrence wanted proof. How many unsuspecting guests has this hotel cheated daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. I arrived late and did not want to drive too far from the airport. Sub par hotel that promises one thing and delivers another. Do not stay here. I will be reporting this hotel to the state in order that they be investigated and to see how many victims there are.

Moe was extremely personable and made me feel welcome from the start, while Monica was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Monica kept me smiling with her warm personality and helpful conversation. I especially appreciated her thoughtful advice on places to visit in the city—it made my stay that much more enjoyable.
