From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional!! Yoki at the front desk offered warm hospitality and genuine attentiveness. He was super accommodating and really set the tone for my entire experience - in such a positive way!!! Elvie and Elise in the club lounge were a delight, and made each morning and each evening much more pleasant! A special thank you for Changel’s help!!! She accomplished what I have been told was impossible - she truly went above and beyond by taking the time to ensure the hotel was billed to my employer, and my incidentals went on my personal card. And when I checked in, Yoki was the one who let me know it was possible – again just amazing service all around!!! I do have status, and that may make a difference, I’m not sure, but I can tell you that I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area and this hotel provides an attention to detail that makes all the difference!!!! I truly look forward to my next work trip back!!

Amazing meal,food was excellent was freshly cooked and service is great. The dinner and breakfast was amazing as well as the pool nice and relaxing and beds were soft and comfortable.by the way this is our second stay by the way. 🥰

Absolutely amazing service! Patrick went above and beyond to help us feel welcome! Traveling with a 6 week old baby girl is a challenge, but Patrick and the staff made our stay at ease.

Very pleased with the service and our stay was memorable. I also misplaced my keys in the lobby and the front desk were able to secure them for me! I’m am absolutely grateful for that!
