Stayed here 3 nights. Brand new hotel. Parking is easy and plentiful with many level 2 EV chargers at front. Reception staff could not be more friendly or professional. Really enjoyed everyone there-so nice. Got room on top floor so can’t say about noise above but floor seems solid and apart from doors, absolutely no noise coming from other guests, and I think the hotel was quite full. Room really nice. Full kitchen too. One of the best rooms we have had. Nice dark shade. Great furniture throughout - would work very well as efficiency studio especially with the room dividing curtain between bed and couch. Breakfast top-notch with everything. Gym extremely well-appointed. Rooms on street side are odd, parking lot side are even. Probably a little quieter on parking lot side. Restaurants 2 blocks away, I-95 one block away. Very good location. Fairly quiet neighborhood with businesses around. Their in-hotel restaurant not open yet but will be soon. We visit JAX often and will definitely stay here again!
