"Customer service was very poor (aside from the sweet lady that worked the breakfast room). Front desk took several times to answer the phone. The hotel room phone didn’t work. The body wash was out, and we requested more. Front desk said sure, and they never came. They also failed to monitor floors when complaints were made about groups loitering and playing in hallways at 11:00pm - 2:00am. Front desk was called, they said they would come up, nobody came up. Aside from the location and the nice waffle maker at breakfast, customer service was abysmal and management was poor."

"VERY CLEAN! Not close to a Starbucks (but Maple Street Biscuit Company makes up for it!). Very small pool. Breakfast until 10am & checkout at 12pm! Overall one of the best more affordable hotels I’ve stayed at in the area."

"The hotel is simple, but since we only stayed there for one night, it was fine for us. The early check-in online is a plus. When you arrive, you just have to pick up your keys and go to your room. The shower took a while to heat up, but it worked well. There are toiletries. The beds are not big, but they are comfortable. Breakfast is very simple, but it was included in the daily rate."
