The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating, the facility left something to be desired. Our room we were told, was remodeled. The bathroom was very nice, the rest of it not so much. The bed looked new, but wobbled, so my husband put packages of creamer under one leg. There is no cutlery, mugs, paper cups, nothing. Again staff stepped in and helped. No USB ports. Fridge was great, burners on stove were icky. One table was so close to the bed we moved it so we didn’t bang our head. That table and the other table, had wobbly wonky legs. To the point that one leg was almost at a 45 degree angle. While the bed was comfy, why in a queen sized bed room, booked by TWO people, would there only be THREE pillows? There is no breakfast. There are granola bars and prepackaged muffins, plus coffee in the lobby. Would never go back. There was no chair. Staff found us an office chair. Again staff were great!

Everything was good only issue we had no utilities to cook in our room. But everything else was good and yes I will return over and over again.

The hotel is quite nice and in good taste, however the neighborhood area is down trodden. Needles, garbage all along the area. Loitering outside the property asking for handouts

My worst experience in years! During my short stay, I had to ask to change rooms on the first night because the toilet wasn't working properly. The lady at the front desk was kind and moved me—surprise!—to another room that had the exact same problem and also reeked of cigarette smoke. The rooms are supposedly smoke-free. We asked for help again, and they provided us with a plunger because they didn't have an emergency plumber. So if you're coming to Jacksonville, there are many options that I'm sure far surpass this place.
