We did not end up staying. The manager did a good job. Our first room had a damaged mirror. The manager quickly changed rooms for us. We went down to the pool but it was closed. We wanted a hotel with a pool. The manager let us cancel and we went to a different hotel

Bad review
Our room was not serviced or cleaned the whole 5 days we were there. I had to put out my own trash, dirty towels and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Also our toilet was clogged, we asked for someone to fix it, no one showed up. We also had to change our own bedding.

Very clean hotel with nice rooms. Breakfast bar has plenty of selections. Pool was out of service during our visit but otherwise it was very nice.

I would recommend my friends and family in town or
I like the hospitality customer services were very good. They have a clean breakfast buffet bar. Clean and the staff made sure there was a plenty of food so that no one had to wait on anything.

Room was spacious and clean. Some outlets did not work but not a big problem. Staff was very pleasant and nice. Walmart is across the street and a walkable distance. Location is in the middle of everything. Would stay here again!

Mold everywhere
Service was great but the first room I got the whole ceiling was covered in mold, it is was really disgusting. I’m glad that the receptionist gave me another room but still.

The Clarion Pointe has a fantastic breakfast's team. Miss Midalia showed professionalism, efficiency, calm and extreme kindness for hours, in rough situations and under hard pressure. Misses Tammy and Johnson are also part of this team. They go beyond and above, completing everything required to offer a good diversity of food, and trying to exceed all expectations from this huge group of 100 persons. BRAVO

Great Hotel Experience
I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. After a long day of travel, everything was just as needed. The breakfast in the morning was quite nice with many options to choose from as well.
