Jackson Hotels with Wi-Fi

Ghastly experience. It was late I was tired, so I went with it. Front desk clerk was nice enough. Room 149, wow, just horrible. Musty moldy odor. AC did not cool. Room was disgusting. Loud music blaring outside my room at 6AM. I could not get out of there soon enough. Just as I was leaving I noticed my fitted bedsheet came up revealing the bedcover. Large nasty stains with what looked like blood and Lord knows what else. Flies in the room. I could go on. I would have been much better off sleeping in my car.

I remember when this property opened in 2021. It featured a nice breakfast with grab-and-go Jimmy Dean or similar breakfast sandwiches. As could be expected, the investor owners have decided to cheap out to up their profits and gone are the breakfast sandwiches in favor of watery hotel eggs and the option to make a ”breakfast burrito” with a tortilla, said eggs, and sausage links or patties. The rooms are still holding up pretty well, but, the property no longer warrants the premium price relative to similar options in the area.

Everything was absolutely excellent the room was clean the pool was open the service was incredible no disturbances to say was all in all the best

I usually only give a 5 if the staff went up and beyond expectations, or the room is better than expected. This hotel met both of the requirements. It could use better reading light by the couch but it was OK for one person. The desk lamp was good as were the bed lamps. There were plenty of 120v and USB plugs. Bathroom lights very good. I liked the shower, it had a door, so many ”modern” rooms have a half open shower, drafty and the floor gets wet. I'm not a fan of body wash, just a personal thing. Good bed. Very nice room.

We had a good experience. Ask for the cookies at the front desk, They will give them to you for free and they are amazing! We got some every time we walked by! Front desk was always very nice. Pool was nice it is an indoor/outdoor pool. The breakfast was about $14 a person I don’t think it was really worth that. I would just go down the road to the breakfast Buffay. Overall it was clean, however the bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner there were some mold in the bathtub.

When I booked for a job I was supposed to get the rooms with jacuzzi that's what it said but I'm giving a room what's a regular king size bed that's why I had to 22% off to get the good one so I'm not understanding how this happen

Service was at an average during my stay with the only problem being the price change every day..
