Hands down best breakfast so far on our trip. Many options. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Love BW soft pillows. Did have issue with shower water not staying hot and water does not drain properly. Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Nice pool and fitness room.

Stopped over for the night and was pleasantly surprised. Lobby and breakfast were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Small shopping area close by to get food or supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome room! Clean and everything you needed ! Room looked newly remodeled, very up to date. Nice kitchen area with everything you need! Second time I've stayed and no issues! Parking is pretty good with easy access to the building. Nice fire pit!

The first room we were given smelled of **** and vomit in the bathroom, we told the front desk and said that other guests have complained as well so they gave us a different room. This was great until we went into the bathroom to find a used, dirty towel covered in someone’s personal hair. Disgusting. We couldn’t bathe our baby because we didn’t feel comfortable not knowing if the bathroom or even hotel room was properly cleaned. This was extremely upsetting because we had a long day of driving and expect at least a clean room for paying for $200 for one night. Can’t believe it. We told the front desk and they just took note of it and did nothing. Just extremely upset we paid over $200 for a room that was not clean. Quite disturbed by this first experience at a best western hotel. Also to add we were waken up by 2 false fire alarms. Which is not ideal with a baby in the middle of 2 long drive days. And to not receive any compensation for 3 things that are not mild mistakes. Just upset by this whole thing.

Do not expect to ask for any preference in room location you will be ignored. The room was okay. But the staff was there but not approachable. When I tried to explain I requested top floor I was told yes over phone. However upon arrival I was told I had to be in middle floor. I needed to sleep as I have been driving 12 hours. Needless to say the guest above me was up stomping all night.

Rate as 5+. This hotel is a gem. Clean room, bed comfortable, quiet and very reasonable. Will be my go to hotel in the future. Did I mention free breakfast? Stayed in jackson many times, very impressed. Even had a cappuccino machine. Looks like a new hotel, very modern.

I remember when this property opened in 2021. It featured a nice breakfast with grab-and-go Jimmy Dean or similar breakfast sandwiches. As could be expected, the investor owners have decided to cheap out to up their profits and gone are the breakfast sandwiches in favor of watery hotel eggs and the option to make a "breakfast burrito" with a tortilla, said eggs, and sausage links or patties. The rooms are still holding up pretty well, but, the property no longer warrants the premium price relative to similar options in the area.
