Hotel was very nice, clean and accessible!

I have been staying in this hotel for an extended time frame due to work. The hotel is a good hotel…but the staff make it excellent. Shasta is so sweet and considerate. She goes out of her way to make sure that you get what you need for your stay. The GM and Assistant GM are often seen working alongside their staff. They know your name, go out of their way to accommodate any needs and are overall great hosts that make traveling less burdensome.

I usually only give a 5 if the staff went up and beyond expectations, or the room is better than expected. This hotel met both of the requirements. It could use better reading light by the couch but it was OK for one person. The desk lamp was good as were the bed lamps. There were plenty of 120v and USB plugs. Bathroom lights very good. I liked the shower, it had a door, so many "modern" rooms have a half open shower, drafty and the floor gets wet. I'm not a fan of body wash, just a personal thing. Good bed. Very nice room.

So first off the staff was AMAZING! They’re the only reason I bumped this up to two stars cause they were really nice at the front desk - everyone we dealt with. Now the room ******. It was horrible. Dingy, worn. There was mold in the shower the carpet was dingy the trundle bed was old and black with white stuff that was obviously bodily fluids. The floors in the bathroom were stained the ceilings were stained. And the bathroom is set up stupid where there’s a sliding frosted glass door RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BEDS. So if someone has to get up early and doesn’t want to disturb the other occupants they can’t do it cause the bright light FLOODS the hotel room - extremely bad design flaw not well thought out at all. I love the staff but wouldn’t go back until they update. I only saw one ant thankfully from the appearance I expected to see more things crawling so that’s a plus but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The customer service is exceptional! We've been to Marriotts in Pittsburgh, Austin, and Oahu over the past month and this Marriott in Jackson, TN provided the best service by far. The manager, Sugiarti Hall, was phenomenal. Additionally, they were training a new staff member who did an amazing job on only her 3rd day.

Great hotel with a modern feel. Reception was very welcoming and she was helpful in finding us a delivery for dinner. Breakfast was good too. Always love a place with a waffle maker to give it that at home feel!

We are Marriott Bonvoy gold members. Whenever we can, we do try to stay at a Marriott property when traveling across the country. This was a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case because we know these are franchises, and some of them do not uphold the Marriott standard, but this one definitely does by far. The property is only four years old as of today so everything does look very new and nice and clean. The rooms were exceptionally clean nicely laid out. The staff was very accommodating. There’s nothing negative to say about this property in my opinion. Beds were comfortable air-conditioning was not loud we slept great!

Rooms clean, bed comfortable, and employees friendly. Relatively quiet during sleeping hours. Walls are thin heard neighboring rooms one night. Spacious rooms with desk, sitting area and the converts to sleeping bed if needed.free breakfast, but food was the same both mornings.

By far the best hotel I’ve visited. The entire staff was great, and it started to feel like we were family towards the end of our 2-week stay. I highly recommend this location. My family & I felt safe; the fitness center was neat & clean, & the complimentary breakfast was superb. The rooms & layout of the hotel is modern and are worth every penny
