The room was ok. The staff is another story, especially the evening dining. I have experienced this multiple times at this hotel. Tonight, the evening dining was supposed to open at 5pm, the kitchen was still dark at 5:30 and I saw the staff walking around by the check in desk. In the past I found the same kitchen staff to be very rude when I tried to order some dinner. I have not really had a good experience with the diner staff at this location, VERY RUDE.

Where do I start? We arrived late at night to a room that needed a deep clean. Toilet was filthy. Luckily I brought my own anti bac wipes and bed bug spray. The carpets are nasty. I would not put my bare feet down. I agree with an earlier review that the hotel needs to close for a week and have a deep clean. Despite 4 requests, we had NO housekeeping for a week. Staff…,.,,, so rude. Never greeted in reception. Always on their own mobiles but never answered the reception phone when they were actually there. Everything seemed to be too much trouble for them. This may seem petty but they wore their own clothes, no uniforms- one guy had a tracksuit, trainers & chains on. This wasn’t what I expected and what we have experienced in other Hilton Hotels. We will not be using this hotel again and would urge others not to, Not a reflection on the Hilton brand whatsoever.

Business trip we had a meeting there. Modern hotel in great locations. Nearby alot of dinning and shopping. No indoor pool. Sleeping rooms modern and they offer free bottled water and room was spacious, modern and comfy. Good night sleep and they kept keurig k cups stocked In thr room.

The shower was disgusting with mold in nearly every corner. Otherwise hotel was nice. Expected more for the price we paid. Also would not provide hilton points since booked through 3rd party. Location good. We did have to pay for breakfast the next morning. Since there was hardly anyone staying there breakfast buffet was not available but we did have breakfast.

Don’t waste your money at this hotel. The housekeeping are rude, the rooms are not up to date for the price per night. There are actually residents that stay at the hotel. There was dogs in the hotel that howled all night. I made several complaints and nothing was done.

This is a wonderful hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had heard great things about their MTO breakfast and they were not wrong. Of all the hotels we stayed at over the last three weeks, this one was the best! Unfortunately, I was sick from Mexican food I had eaten the night before so I needed milk but my hubby went down for the MTO breakfast and I was able to taste it. The eggs were perfectly scrambled, the bacon was nice and crisp and the potatoes were some of the best I've ever had! Highly recommend!

A standard hotel like many in the US, with a poor breakfast and a decent level of comfort in the room. But here, what is is unusual is the noise! I checked 10 times that the windows were properly closed, and they were. But what a noise! The feeling is that you are (trying to) sleeping in the middle ilof the never-ending flow of trucks on the highway. Un unusual experience!

This was a pretty good place to stay. Overall, the room had good space and was well planned with easy power outlets. I would have liked someplace to put up my feet. The bulb on the light beside the bed was burned out. There was a little mold in the shower and rust on the sink table. The check-in process took forever since a slow couple who could not decide things was in front of me, and I would have appreciated being expedited for my quicker check-in. Otherwise, it was comfortable and a well-designed room.
