Clean, comfortable, cheerful staff. Shawn at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Beautifully designed rooms. Tasty filling breakfast. GREAT overnight stay along I 40!!!!

Highly recommend! Always friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. Clean rooms well stocked pantry and breakfast area. Front desk staff are amazing. The pool table and game area are very colorful and inviting for families. The outside patio area is a nice place to relax.

Comfy beds & pillows, water bottles & popcorn upon arrival, great breakfast, fun games (pool table, and several board games available. ) The hotel has great customer care. This is a convenient location with several different restaurants close by. Lovely design with modern decor. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Tru Hotel in Jackson, Tennessee for two nights while attending a wedding. Tru hotels are not for everyone as it seems like a more stripped down hotel experience. I personally like them for the layout and various amenities. This is a newer hotel but as other reviews mention it would be hard to be any closer to the interstate. The noise didn’t bother me as much but it is a factor. It is very convenient for traveling since it is so close to the interstate. There is also a wide range of restaurants, retail stores and gas stations at this exit so you don’t have to go very far. A Walmart is just on the other side of the highway. The breakfast included oatmeal, cereal, breads, a pancake machine and various hot foods like scrambled eggs and sausage. The gym had a great layout with multiple treadmills, an elliptical machine and dumbbells up to 50 pounds. It’s certainly nothing mind blowing but it worked well for what we were looking for.

The mattress was like sleeping on concrete and leaves. Both our backs and muscles hurt so bad we could not stay another night. We had to make accommodations elsewhere

Our check in was great. Lots of friendly faces. The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable and nice and quiet environment for rest and relaxation. Great location for restaurants and places to go.
