Inn at Whitney's Farm

The Inn itself is lovely. It's located in a part of New Hampshire that is very quaint and picturesque. Nestled in between a ski mountain and cross country ski center, the Inn has small, comfortable rooms that look up towards the ski lifts. The rooms are modestly furnished but clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant is staffed by friendly employees who take the time to ask about your day and interests. For the money I paid to stay at this location, I'd recommend it for any couple on a journey to the White Mountains and aiming to keep within a budget as well.

Older but charming inn. We only spent one night but loved that there was a pool, and other games outdoors and in the pub. There is a pond nearby that you can kayak, fish etc but we did not have time to see it. It was a Saturday night and they had an outdoor concert which was really fun. They also had firepits with Marshmallows and bbq food options during the concert. My only complaint was the breakfast was muffins but prepackaged which was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker for me. The coffee was good and that is what I really want. Easy ride to North Conway and visiting Jackson Falls. I will definitely be back for a longer stay.

We love it here

We got married at Whitney's in 2022. The venue is a lovely little mountain retreat. They do almost everything, food, bar, and space for your guests to stay right on site. It's been 3 years and friends and family still rave about the fun they had at our wedding. The ceremony space by the brook is so romantic, and intimate feeling. We recently re-visited because they had a Second Honeymoon event. The event was lovely. We had champagne in the room waiting when we arrived, we had delicious house-made chocolate covered strawberries, and a romantic gift basket. The following day we got to explore where we said "I do", and spend time together in the Jackson/Conway area. We visited the spa at the Christmas Inn, and had a very relaxing, very affordable hand and arm treatment. The spa was lovely, low key, and had delicious tea and flavored water available. At the provided Second Honeymoon dinner/cocktail hour, there was wonderful company, food, music, and even a romantic little dance. The steak tips were AMAZING. The bartender knows how to make a good, well balanced aperol spritz. Everything was personalized. The little touches were so very appreciated. Everyone on staff makes you feel like an old friend, there's no pretentious attitude in the building. Whitney's, please continue this Second Honeymoon event. It was an honor to be a part of the first one ever. The romance of being back in the place you got married, and being able to reminisce with each other and the other couples felt so very special. I wish other couples the opportunity to be part of such a special event. Couples looking to get married, you will not regret getting married at this beautiful, low key, fun and so very special venue.

If skiing Black Mountain, it’s ideal. The main building is attached to the parking lot for Black Mountain and the shovel handle pub; we were hoping to park, ski, eat dinner, and go to the room w/o having to drive anywhere. Unfortunately, the pub closed for a private event but we went to Tuckerman’s restaurant which was about 15 mins away and had a great meal. The main building appears historic; probably 17-1800’s. The rooms are a little rustic but everything appeared clean. Walls are pretty thin. I don’t regret staying here, kind of just wish I knew the restaurant was going to be closed.

Lovely Stay in Jaspen Great stay at Whitneys right at the Shovel Handle and Black Mountain! Great food and beautiful views! Nice little fire pits outside too.
