I had the best service at Rebecca’s with my waitress Jessica C . She was kind and very helpful with picking great food options off of the menu. My experience with Jessica C was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back.

I called the hotel directly to make my reservation to ensure a handicap accessible room with a walk-in shower. Upon arrival, we were given a hearing-impaired room at the desk. When we explained that we needed a handicap accessible room, we were given a room with a step-in shower. There was no seat in the shower, and there were no handrails in the shower or by the toilet. My husband had to go to the lobby to use the handicapped restroom, and I had to bathe him because the shower did not have a seat. I was very disappointed.

Previous stay at this hotel I gave one star because of service, but this stay was great - definitely 5 stars. Jalysa made our check-in process amazing. We were super early to check in because of a golf tee time. She got us room keys in a matter of minutes and we were off to the course.

Great service and Mr. Leonard was so friendly every time I saw him! The facility was so clean and refreshing. I went to the gym and the pool. Both were extremely nice and relaxing. I was here for business, however the resort made it seem like a vacation. I always enjoy staying here.

We had a great time! The bartenders Tabby and Christin are both great, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. They go above and beyond. Hotel is nice and clean, always accommodating.
