Everything was good and comfortable. They were out of pool towels. But the front desk person managed to find us a few. Breakfast staff were nice , friendly and helpful.

Questionable Area….reception very nice & helpful. Room was large & spacious. Rug area goi g through hallway very dirty appearance. Bedroom area much the same. Needs renovating, air conditioning took hours to get cool. Bathroom nice, lighting good and the magnifying mirror was great! Bed needed replaced, worn - meaning pockets where butts rested many many times. Quiet night. Lady serving in the breakfast area was very personable. We did not eat there. Only had orange juice which was mainly water down. Not her fault just the way hotel had machine work. Will not stop here again, in our travels to see family. Sorry.

Breakfast finishing at 8am is not very welcoming, it should be available till 09:00. No cappuccino or hot chocolate in the drinks machine. No topping for either yoghurt or waffles except a small jug of syrup, which was continually empty, where is the granola, cranberries or chocolate chips. Cooked food cold and unappealing. Lots of staff siting around chatting and on their phones.

Easy check-in and I appreciate it that the parking lot was behind a gate. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The area is close to a freeway exit and a couple of fast food spots, so if you’re looking more for a quiet place to stop over on your way somewhere else or you plan to be out most of the day anyway, this is a good spot for that. The pool was “closed for the season” which seemed weird since it was around 80 degrees out, but everything else was fine.

Within minutes of entering the room, my wife discovered that the sink was clogged. I reported it to the clerk downstairs who was nice and moved us to another room. The other room’s sink and tub was stopped up and holding water. It was horrible. The person downstairs informed the day I arrived that the maintenance wasn’t there.

I liked the fact that there was gated parking which made me feel safer. I also liked the fact that several fast food options and Waffle House were in walking distance.
