This hotel was pretty run down. Elevator was pretty scary , room was old and needs updating, breakfast was kind of a joke..we came down at 7 am bagels with no cream cheese ..no eggs ..we sat for a while thinking we were too early. They never put anymore out . Glad we only needed one night

We travel frequently and this hotel is hands down the worst place we’ve ever stayed. In fact, during our experience it didn’t even check the requirements of a hotel room. Working toilet? Nope. It was as if the water was turned off so no water was in the tank. We figured this out after getting ready for bed. So, we filled the tank with water from the bathtub to make it flush. Reported it to staff in the morning during check-out. They took a note and asked if we wanted our receipt like it was no big deal. Unbelievable! Pros? It had a bed and working AC. Other issues? Door was ajar when we arrived. Carpet was sticky like it had never been cleaned. Soap dispenser empty. No towels. Not very clean. Snacks by front desk consisted of bottled water and snack packs of chips just thrown on a shelf. No paper towels or hand dryers in lobby bathroom. Barely any toilet paper in lobby bathroom. Front desk not sufficiently staffed Hotel oversold. Water pressure not great in the shower. Spider found in the bed. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Myself and family travel very often and always use Holiday Inns because they are clean typically. My stay at this location is the worst I’ve ever had while traveling. The room was filthy and very outdated. The toilet had human feces in it, they hadn’t even cleaned it. The bath tub has hair caked around the drain, the lamp on the night stand was rusted and nasty, the water was brown and weren’t able to shower or brush our teeth due to discoloration. The sheets had stains on them. I could go on and on but please take my advice and do not stay at this location.

Needs renovation
The hotel is in need of renovation. The room is showing a lot of wear with scuffs and chipped paint. There are several EV chargers, but only two of them worked and even those were on a loose mounting post and appear to have run into a few times.
