O hotel tem uma vista bonita da Reserva do Paiva, café da manhã bom, mas a limpeza estava crítica, o piso do quarto estava sujo e a pia entupida. Os lençóis estavam com cheiro forte de sabão e tive alergia.

Fiquei hospedada junto com minha mãe nesse hotel e a política do mesmo fala que serviço de camareira são a cada 2 dias, em menos de 24h de hospedagem a camareira entrou no meu quarto sem minha autorização, não tinha uma placa de não perturbe pra colocar na porta e sumiu 500 reais em espécie. Levaram o restante da minha pizza, Deixei minhas coisas e malas abertas pensando que não entraria ninguém. O gerente não desceu pra conversar comigo foi só por telefone e ficou por isso mesmo. O hotel está com falta de manutenção, não tem área de fumante e muito menos uma área fechada pra chegar de carro durante a chuvas coberta. Cuidado ao se hospedarem com seus pertences
