Coming to jabalpur for the first time ever, the stay was surprisingly pleasant as we did not have much expectations. The hotel is a heritage property with perfect location and proximity to airport, landmarks and all. The staff was above and beyond in making every guest comfortable be it at the hotel, restaurant or the bar. There is beautiful pool at the back which is well maintained and has a huge privacy wall for guest comfort. The menu offered a wide variety of food and the bar was also well stocked. Our stay was made even more comfortable by jib y (their manager at the restaurant) who is pure gold in terms ofetiquette, service and wide knowledge. We are glad we stayed at narmada jackson’s and we shall surely choose this place the next time.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious, food was excellent, breakfast had a good spread. Hotel location is perfect to visit places like Marble Rocks and Waterfall. Staff is courteous. I would prefer to stay here next time when I visit Jabalpur.

I come to stay here for 3 time and still get good experience nice breakfast and good room but 1 thing I don’t like washrooms are not so clean and have smelling
