Just get out of the station via platform no 6, you can see the hotel. Rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Food is good at the restaurant but a little bit expensive. Overall it was a good stay and definitely recommended for others.

Rooms are good and clean but some basic facilities are missing like tv was not working, there is empty hand wash bottle in washroom also you have to call and ask for towels and water it is not present when you check-in

Sheets were dirty, towels were dirty. Curtains didn't work. Wasn't really a great experience for the money they charged.

Worst experience of my life no words to speak they gave me bedsheet with a hole and comforter also and the airconditioner was of 1970 model and last was of dirty bathroom

This hotel was bad. Room was stinking. It was not even clean properly. I saw pictures on internet. I booked the hotel and went there. But when i entered the room i immediately came out and checked out of the hotel. I left the hotel then and there. My money also got wasted.

The location, food quality and taste, room pricing, are great. The ambience of the roof is not bad and is manageable but the service is very slow, and needs a lot of improvement in terms of service delivery to the customers.
