The people sitting in the reception are either dumb or very bad person as they don't guide the guest properly and ask for unjustified charges when you check out.

We had an overnight stay at hotel Regal while returning from MahaKumbh and it was a pleasant stay. The deluxe room had a double bed with a clean bath and toilet. Basic toiletries were provided and complimentary breakfast was also good, although not a wide spread. The hotel also offers room service.

Hotel was at convenient location serviced by courteous staff and may be not excellent but good food quality. Service was prompt.
However they need to maintain good higene by providing fresh feeling bed covers.

The room was clean and tidy. No electric kettle is provided which according to me is a necessity for tourists visiting during winters responsive and helpful staff
