Been to this beautiful hotel recently for a business purpose and stay d first time over there. My experience was truly exceptional right from checkin to checkout, breakfast serving was awesome with lot of options, lunch had ordered a la carte which was served hot and food was very delicious. Chef had called up in my room to check the food quality which meant a lot. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you all keep it up the good services👍👍😊😊

The worst hospitality i have ever received in jabalpur, complete unhygienic room and dirty bed sheets at the suite room. They took 2 hr to serve the morning tea & denied to serve the breakfast in the restro. The tea & breakfast they have sent in the room after an hour was completely unedible.

The hotel is very beautiful in itself with luscious lawns and wedding areas. The rooms are even more spacious and the staff are very cooperative and helpful. There was no need to remind them for any service, very swift and efficient service. loved the stay

Food quality was poor, unprofessional behaviour of staff, we were sent for breakfast to a venue which was for some private gathering of wedding, when they opposed they didn't had words to rectify or resolve the matter
