We had a wonderful stay. The staff are good well behaved and cooperative. The establishment is huge and marvellous.
But every thing good has few things to improve. 1) the toilets fittings need to be taken care of
2) in the gym, towels and water facility needs to be looked in to
3) the swimming pool area needs to be separated and dedicated staff posted, there should be privacy, the pools maintained well. We could not use it as one was next to the dinning and event area and the one at the back was also very dirty and littered all over.

Very bad breakfast experience, had to have breakfast with a marriage party. No table was available too much noisy

Overall average stay, room were clean but now feel old little poorly maintained, main issue was when we went for complimentary breakfast the hotels were hosting marriage guests and whole dining area was overly crowded, adding to this staff was also not assiting and insiting on self service where 15 people where standing on each item. It seems now this hotel only care about its primary business that is hosting marriages and entertaining those guests rest normal guest are now secondary. From my side this is last stay to this property near by W hotel was a wonderful experience

An excellent property with wonderful experience. Food is nice. Needs improvement in room service level. Also there was loud music till 2:00 am in the morning which kinna ruined the experience. Otherwise a very nice place

Sir booked this hotel by mistake and after booking 2 min I will contact to customer care executive but Hotel will not support as customer care executive said amd I will lost whole Money.
I will request hotel management and MMT executive kindly help me
