I arrived late at night, i booked the hotel because it has private parking as i was traveling on a bike, although when asked to park the security guard said he is only responsible if bike is parked outside not in the hotel parking which was very confusing, hotel room was okay not great. Ot recommending for family, food which i ordered was bad, coffee was cold and they only gave one towel. Overall an average stay.

I booked the hotel specifically for the early/late check in/out facility but on calling they denied
i waited for 6 hours
despite that, they provided 1. 5 hours later check in than the regular time i missed the whole wedding function which i needed to attend

The room was not good. No shampoo. Internal phone not working, wash room found unhygienic. The location was in the complex. The other day offered me room change, which was also the same. The other room on above floor wash room flushing sound was clearly heard. I think mm t should not include such poor hotel in their list.

Rooms and ambiance excellent, restaurant still under renovation, buffet breakfast denied, go for room service which was poor, after ordering it took 1 hr for breakfast to arrive.
