Absolutely excellent and comfortable stay. Amazing hygienic and healthy food in their restaurant. Very cooperative staff especially ms. Priyanka at the reception was very helpful. The housekeeping staff was very helpful at all times. I will always stay at pride by samrat wherever i am in jabalpur.

Rooms are in bad shape, linens are not clean, food was ok. Their doors make a lot of noise, over all not didn't have a pleasant stay.

Staff behavior good, delicious food, no disturbance, cleaning good, ye budget mai best hotel hai, it was my first time in this hotel but that wouldn’t be my last time here. Hotel staff is very courteous and polite. Check in experience at reception was good. Checked in early was also smooth.

When I came to Jabalpur, I ate food with my family at Pride Hotel. It was very nice. I went to some hotel, but the food like Pride and the people working there were all very good. Thank you Pride.and all sattaf thankyou very much ...............
