The room was not clean, with visible fungus on the curtains and cockroaches roaming around. The toilet was dirty and clearly not properly maintained. The swimming pool was in terrible condition dirty and obviously not cleaned regularly. Service was extremely slow. Every time we ordered something, it took at least 30 minutes to arrive, regardless of how small the request was. On top of that, the food quality was poor, the dishes were not clean, and overall hygiene in the dining area was lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs serious improvements in cleanliness, service, and food quality

1. They have taken full payment in advance and then did not provide any service. 2. I did not even get food (lunch/dinner) in the resort. 3. The resort is so dirty; the floor, bedsheet, and all premises of the resort are dirty, and the litter is scattered in all the places. 4. They promised me swimming pool access; the first day they did not allow me to access the swimming pool, and on the second day morning when we went to the pool, the water was not clean, and the behavior of the attendant was also not good. 5. I paid an advance for breakfast, but they gave only one plate of poha for breakfast; no options are available for breakfast. 6. The TV was also not working. 7. Whenever we order something, they say that the item is not available.

Total vest of money service is very bad no ride is working no electricity in swimming pool total vest of money friends please don't go food is ok ok but staff services is poor rooms is very dirty but their nature is ❤️ beautiful climate no no no no

Holi celebration was excellent. All arrangements were upto mark . Service is awesome. Space is huge. Water pools are nice. Food quality and service is better. The freeness and openness of everything makes you feel at home with full enjoyment.

We hosted a birthday party at Nisarg Resort. We loved the Swimming Pool and Water Park with complimentary Music. The food was also great. Lovely Place, highly recommended. We were guided by the General Manager who explained everything properly.

We, 3 senior citizen couples decided to spend a weekend at this resort. The rooms were most comfortable, spacious, and well maintained, well furnished. Satisfied the finicky old people also fully, Food was superb throughout. The Su Chef Mr Sandeep personally enquiring about our taste and preparing food for everyone. Fish, chicken mutton , we tried all and they all were superb. Service, whether in room or in the Garden was outstanding. The other facilities of water sports and swimming pool were professionally maintained. Value for money. One weekend was less, should have stayed longer. The manager, Mr Dahiya took personal interest in all the guests. We had a small problem with our car on departure, the resort went out of the way to help us out. Worth a visit again. Next time with kids.
