The room was not clean and washroom also very dirty. We ordered food but plates and cups are also dirty.

not for family visit stay, Where's every hotel buffet breakfast eggs included this hotel has omelette chargeable , If it is not there in the menu. Location is good, but the hotel is not. Maintained, the staff is fine. At the reception.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel staff ka response bhut kharab tha, hygiene ko koi naam teak nhi. Food too costly. Horrible experience.

As the charges we paid, the services related to cleaning and hygiene are very poor, the hospitality was not up to the level we charged. They are not providing even a glass of water free. And the mineral water bottles are also costly than market.
