Hotel is good with decent rooms. However the service needs to be better. Overall experience is good.

I booked 3 rooms in this property but on arrival the experience was very sad. Firstly, the mini van in which we were travel-ling could not ext-er the street where hotel is located. Though i had booked super premium rooms, we were shocked to see water flowing in the bathroom and in another onewc had no water. When we asked for ice, was told there was no stock in the hotel. The food was average with average service. Overall, a bad experience.

My 3-Night stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. Here are the key issues I encountered: 1. **Poor Network Connectivity**: There was no signal for Airtel or Jio, leaving me completely cut off from mobile data. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow – I couldn't even join or make Teams calls for work, which was a huge inconvenience. 2. **Dirty Water**: The water in the bathroom was visibly dirty, which made me question the hotel's hygiene standards.– definitely not something you'd want to use for bathing. 3. **No Hot Water**: They don't provide hot water regularly. Instead, you’re given one bucket of hot water on request, which made the experience feel more like staying in a budget lodge than a proper hotel. 4. **Noise Disturbances**: The noise from the women staff in the morning was unbearable. It was so loud and disruptive, making it nearly impossible to get any peace or sleep. 5. **Fridge 'Vijan Style' –: The hotel claimed to have a fridge in the room (marketed as "Vijan Style"), but there was no fridge. This felt like a misleading advertisement, 6. **TV Not Working**: The TV in the room was completely non-functional. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, it never worked. I’ve attached photos showing that the TV was just there for show – a real letdown. 7. **Noise from Outside**: To top it all off, there were loud disturbances from people fighting outside the hotel, likely intoxicated, making it impossible to get any rest or peace of mind. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic standards for comfort or quality. It felt more like a budget lodge rather than a proper hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
