The hot springs, including the changing rooms and open-air baths, were relaxing and had a nice atmosphere. The room was spacious (I think it depends on the grade) and comfortable. Due to the circumstances of my companion, I had a bed in the room, but the size was sufficient. I've only ever stayed at hot springs in cheap hotels or resort hotels, so it might be a mistake to have high expectations because they aren't top-tier hotels, but here are the negative points.・At check-in, unlike at Miyagi's hot springs last fall, staff from the hotel will not come out to check-in, and will only be available at the reception desk.・The person who appears when you confirm your reservation over the phone will also check in. It was a disappointing response that was different from being polite and rude. The young person who was serving another customer at the counter was pleasant, so it didn't seem like a problem with education.・When making the reservation, I had entered the purpose of this event (celebration), but there was no word about it.・Although the volume of the meal was typical of a hot spring hotel, the main meat dish was nothing like a creative dish from the countryside. Of course it's a matter of personal preference.
