這裡是伊豆長岡溫泉鄉，位於靜岡縣伊豆半島，溫泉水來自古奈湯，是伊豆半島著名三湯(走湯、修善寺)之一。沿途都是寧靜鄉郊的矮房子，很有風味，車子在轉入一條小路之後，就看見「石のや」的門牌，沿著斜坡上，就到達旅館了。 一入旅館，職員就請我們選擇 Yukata 靚靚浴衣，還有不同款式的腰帶及足袋（分趾鞋襪），充滿日式風情，真的很欣賞日本的旅館，總會在細節位上花心思，給住客一點驚喜及難忘回憶。 旅館的 Lobby，有個寬躺的閱讀空間及小小的自助 Café，書報雜誌可以借上房間閱讀，不過要先向職員登記。穿過 Lobby 之後就進入旅館的庭園。這裡有一個足湯的地方，可以讓住客一邊放鬆浸腳，一邊欣賞風景，旁邊有毛巾及飲品供應，非常貼心。然後職員就帶領我們到走到房間。 石のや Ishinoya 是一間傳統日式風格的旅館，建於1965年，最大特色就是擁有6,000平方公尺的瑰麗岩石景觀庭園，客房也就是依照昭和四十年代的「數寄屋造」的樣式打造，好像 resort 渡假屋一般，但是純日式的古典風格。 我們今次入住了館內最華麗的房間「薩摩」Satsuma，獨立別墅式建築，面積有 91.72 平方米，有臥室＋和室（日式房間）＋一個私人岩石露天溫泉，好像大浴場那種天然環境的設計，在自己房間裡都可以浸到這樣級數的溫泉空間，非常寫意！ 房間裡空間感十足，經過一個寬躺的走廊，才到達浴室，浴室設備齊全，都是高級沐浴的格局，打開門後，就是一個極為寬躺的花灑及浸浴區，在西式酒店中找不到這樣的空間感。對面就是一個獨立廁所空間，也是相當有距離的感覺。雪櫃也放在走廊，我們怕凍，所以先把3樽水從雪櫃拿出來。 沖完涼浸完溫泉，換了浴衣我們到外邊走走，看到這裡自然環境的佈局，這就是日式溫泉旅館的心思，讓住客留在旅館內都有不同地方進行不同活動，就是要盡情享受這裡的一花一石一木。 除了浴衣之外，還有一件厚質地的大衣，天氣冷也沒問題。 亭台樓閣，到處遊玩，到處拍照，不知不覺就到了晚飯時間。 我們也預定了旅館提供的懷石料理晚餐，餐廳全都是包廂房間，因為全旅館也只有22間房，所有住客都是 VIP 貴賓。 先付前菜及魚生刺身已經準備好在枱上，刺身妻一式有本鮪吞拿魚、寒八、青利烏賊，還有伊豆著名的 Wasabi 山葵。精美的 Menu 菜單還有石のや料理長松島達也的蓋章。杯墊也很別緻。鮟鱇魚肝海鮮蟹蓋，有元貝、銀杏、栗子、精華海鮮汁，非常好吃。低溫慢煮調理和牛，擺盆都充滿藝術感，慢煮和牛肉質特別鮮嫩。 接著是 Sukiyaki 壽喜燒，吃了牛之後，這回用鴨做壽喜燒，不過我始終覺得還是大塊的牛肉薄片最適合，而且可以掛到很多的蛋漿。煮物是地物真鯛酒蒸，即是酒蒸鯛魚，這個也很嫩滑鮮甜。然後還有麵豉湯，有些餸飯的鹹菜，這個飯很有特色，是日本特產的迷你薯仔煲飯，真的第一次見識到。最後甜品也是層次豐富的，店員說要一羹到底的筆上來，底層有些像紅豆沙一般的。 飯後我夜遊一下晚間的庭園，著上了日式木屐，要一步一步很小心的走，晚上的氣氛又有點不同，我到咖啡廳逛逛，除了咖啡茶，還有些零食小吃，都是免費的。旅館 Lobby 的伴手禮精品也十分吸引，伊豆的生活指數低，有很多地道特產，買手信的性價比十分之高。 再探望一下魚池裡的日本錦鯉，晚上也在慢慢的游來游去。還有夜光的旅館地圖，可以見到整個佈局分配。沿石級上，回自己的房間，這裡的浪漫氣氛，好像回到了古代，古色古香，這也是我很喜歡這裡的原因，而且因為地點不在熱門旅遊區域，價錢也不貴，但很有風土味道。 我們的房間「薩摩」，門匙是很原始的實體鎖匙。 第二朝早餐，有紫菜及熱飯，有沙律、冷麵、麵豉湯，日式早餐，這次不是一塊魚，而是一整條魚，燒得好香，肉也鮮甜，不過始終有骨不是我喜歡的，螢光魷魚漬很是不錯，蝦米和白飯魚鹹鹹地可以餸白飯。 從旅館走路5分鐘，就可以到達伊豆の國全景公園 Panorama Park 入口，搭乘纜車登山，全程大概8分鐘，上到452公尺的葛城山山頂，展望台一望無際，天清氣朗時可以眺望富士山與駿河灣景色。

After a very long day in the saddle, the reception team delivered a very warm welcome upon arrival with aching limps soothed by the in-house onsen As the hotel caters for cyclists, there are bike maintenance areas with staff on hand to help out guests when needed. The in-room breakfast was plentiful, with the room & bathroom both clean & spacious. The hotel caters for cyclists & is perfectly positioned at the top of peninsular so that cyclists have the opportunity to enjoy parts of the peninsular or take up the 200k challenge of riding around the coast. I would highly recommend the hotel.

[Bedroom] Smells of cigarettes. There is no air purifier. (No rental) I sprinkled it because there was Febreze, but I couldn't erase the smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator did not get cold and the beer I bought became lukewarm. The bedside could only charge USB. (Power is required to charge the smartphone at high speed) I didn't notice that the glass cup was in the drawer. The glass cup was dirty and I didn't feel like using it. [Toilet] With washlet. Clean. [Washing basin] It's small enough to have no place to put things, but it's beautiful. There is no towel to wipe your hands. Only paper towels are left. Hair dryer is good in Saronia. [Room bath] It was old and moldy. [Japanese-style room] It didn't smell like cigarettes as much as the bedroom. There was no pen or memo paper. The teacup was thin, so when I poured hot water, it became hot and I couldn't hold it. The comforter looked fluffy and nice. The actress mirror was good! [Large bath] Slippers were devised so that they would not mix with others. It was good that there was an open-air bath, a hot bath, a hot water, and a hot water! [Guest room] It was quiet without the sound of the next room, the sound of the upper room, and the sound of people walking in the corridor. [Cooking] It was delicious, but there was no particular personality. [Yukata] The guideline for choosing the size was written in height, but the width was too large, so I changed it to one size smaller. The Japanese style room was divided into Western style rooms and Japanese style rooms, so I thought it could be used for families with puberty children and families of two generations.

Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

夏の気配もすっかり消えて寒くなり、何処か温泉に入れてかつ安い宿に泊まりに行きたい気分だなぁと思って色々探していたら伊東のこの宿を見つけ、GoToキャンペーンを利用して宿泊。素泊まり・バス、トイレ付き客室・貸切風呂利用権つきで4700円ほどでした。 まず、立地は最高といっていいでしょう。伊東駅から徒歩5分圏内、周辺には豊富な飲食店。館内での食事がなくても不便さは感じません。もう少し足を伸ばして海沿いの道路を15分くらい歩けばコンビニやドンキホーテ、道の駅なんかもあったりして、万が一忘れ物をした時の急な買い出しや、お土産の物色もできます。宿から道路を挟んで向かい側はすぐ海で、オレンジビーチという海水浴場になっています。夏に海水浴に伊東に来ようと思ってる人には、この宿の立地の良さが更に際立つ事と思います。 さて、気になる中身ですが、老舗というだけあって、ぱっと見の外観の印象は結構というかだいぶ古く、海沿いに建っていることもあり潮風にさらされ外壁が痛んで見える為少々不安になります。調べたところ50年ほど前に建てられた建物を増改築を繰り返して現在に至っているようです。公式ホームページにも建物の外観をはっきり写した写真を見た記憶がなかったので、いざ初めてその姿を見ると一瞬「えっ、アレなの？」と言う印象を抱きますが、一歩中に足を踏み入れたらロビーは綺麗なので安心です。更に、「この道うん十年」というような貫禄たっぷりなフロント係のおじさん達が温かく出迎え、とっても丁寧に受付と館内の説明をしてくださいます。 部屋まではエレベーターか階段で向かいます。私の部屋は上層階だったので、エレベーターに乗ります。雑居ビルにあるような小さなエレベーターが一機あるだけなので、このご時世「密」を気にする人には気になるかもしれません。 エレベーターを降りると、目の前にはなんとも味のある木目のドアが並んでいて、それが客室への入り口になっています。そのドアをコレまたなんとも味のある、「かめや」の名に因んだ「亀」を象ったプラスチックのキーホルダーのついたシリンダーキーで開けて中へ。 お部屋は畳敷き、広さにして10畳の和室です。やはり古いのか歩くとちょっとミシミシ言います。でもちゃんと綺麗にお掃除が行き届いているのでさほど気になりません。部屋に漂う畳の香りが気分を落ち着かせてくれます。広い空間に一人でいるせいもあるのかもしれませんが、保温性はあまり良くないなか少々肌寒く感じる事があります。エアコンがついているので軽く暖房を入れようとしましたが、残念ながら客側で冷房・暖房の切り替えは出来ない設定にされていました。季節の変わり目の微妙な気温の時期に行くときは、ある程度温度調節の出来る格好で行った方が良いかもしれません。 バス・トイレも付いていて、トイレはキチンとウォシュレット付きの水洗便所と、現代に対応しています。浴衣、タオル、バスマットなどのアメニティ類は一通り揃っており、その他電気ポット、グラス、栓抜きなんかも置いてありました。窓の外は相模湾が一望できる、いわゆるオーシャンビューです。生憎の天気でしたが、ふとした晴れ間に虹を見ることができました。 私が泊まった6階の部屋のすぐ向かいには、大浴場「銀河」がありました。チェックイン開始から深夜の2時ごろまでは男湯、それ以降は女湯となる時間での入れ替え制。別館地下にあるもう一方の大浴場「深海」と、交互に男女の利用時間が入れ替わるシステムになっています。今回は「銀河」のみ利用しましたが、良くも悪くも昔ながらの大浴場で、大浴場と言う割にはそれほど広いわけでもないという感じで、イマイチ面白みがないと言えばそうかもしれません。景色は山側を向いており、伊東の街並みを見渡すことができます。 貸し切り風呂は、チェックインの際に２種類の中から選びます。一つは屋根ありの展望風呂「ぐんじょうの湯」、もう一つは屋上の露天風呂「まんてんの湯」で、どちらに入るか希望を伝えた後、時間を決めます。時間設定は1時間おきになっていて、予約した時間の10分くらい前になるとお風呂の準備が出来ましたよとフロントの人が部屋に内線をかけてお知らせをしてくれます。そうしたらフロントまで鍵を受け取りに行き、予約した時間から45分以内に入浴を済ませ、鍵をフロントに返すというシステムになっています。45分以内で済ませるという点は、人によって長いと感じるか短いと感じるか、結構分かれると思います。 今回私は露天風呂「まんてんの湯」に入りました。良い感じにひんやりと冷たい空気の中で、屋根のない場所で、夜の海を眺めながら温泉に浸かる体験は心地よいものでした。晴れた日には星空も眺めることができて更に素敵なものになるに違いないでしょう。こちらの貸し切り風呂は割と後になって作られたものなのか、新しめの印象で綺麗でした。が、脱衣所の洗面所の天井に蜘蛛が巣を張っていてそれもその上で元気に動き回っていたのは少しなんとかして欲しかったかも。 総評としましては、首都圏から程よい距離にあって、古き良き日本の温泉宿を、手頃な値段で味わえる、という点ではとても良い宿だったと思います。 プランによって泊まることのできるお部屋だったり、入ることの出来るお風呂は様々ですので、事前にしっかり確認をして予約する事が大事です。バス・トイレなしという訳あり部屋なんかもあるそうなので、安さを重視する人はその辺も気をつけた方が良いかもしれません。

The pool is also available at a discount price and full of elements that can be enjoyed quite. The room chose a large room with a veranda, but it may be good to be far from the main building and narrow. I was at the day trip hot spring hall and tried to use it open-air. It is not cheap, but you can relax with your family. The zashiki is also large. However, there is nothing to bring food and drink (with a refrigerator). The public bath is a great view open-air bath as well as a day trip. It becomes a little narrow version. It is a great view whenever you go.

Posted separately. This time, Kitagawa Onsen Tsuruya Kisshotei will take care of us. There is a room with an ocean view in front of us and a terrace. Kuroneiwa Onsen♨️, which is famous for its open-air baths, is located in Minami, and guests are free of charge, and towels can be rented at the ryokan. This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

The person in charge of the trip was very kind and I have fond memories of my trip. It was a birthday celebration, and I was very happy to see how they livened up the occasion and showed their careful attention. Both dinner and breakfast were very voluminous and I was satisfied with both the presentation and the taste, although I think it varies depending on the plan. As for the hot springs, I thought that everyone from children to adults could take a dip in them with peace of mind because the temperature was right and the skin was in good condition after the bath. I was satisfied with everything about the room, hot springs, food, and customer service.

This used to be our favorite summer spot. We'd return at least once a year, for perhaps 4-5 years in a row. However, we hadn't been back for quite a long time. This is what I learned on our most recent visit: The hotel room (I think we had a ”Hollywood Standard Twin) was quite spacious. The beds were large and comfortable, and there is a nice-sized balcony with a generous ocean view. I see some other reviews on Tripadvisor calling the rooms ”old and smelly” -- this has never, ever been my experience, not once. The room seemed exactly as it was over 10 years ago, but that's fine. The colors are soft, muted ”beach” colors and we were very comfortable. On our first night we ate at the ”Melesea” restaurant, which serves French cuisine. We chose the ”Demi portion” course, which was about 9,000 yen (about $62USD with today's exchange rate). We chose it because it wasn't as high priced as some of the other course meals and the portion sizes sounded right for us. There is no question that the ”Demi portion” course was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The chef (Mr. Ohki) is obviously a professional who really understands how to bring out the delicate flavors of any dish, and he is a master at preparing sauces. Everything that was served was outstanding. No, we didn't want to pay that much money per person, but ultimately we made the right choice. We both were extremely impressed. The above two things, plus generally good weather, added up to a good experience. Here, though, are things that you should be aware of: This is essentially a family hotel. That means if you are coming here for peace and quiet, and you make the mistake of coming on a weekend or a national holiday, you can expect lots of screaming children running with abandon down the hallways and fussing in the restaurants and everywhere else. Japanese parents tend to indulge and spoil their little ones. And forget about using the pool, since that's where parents will be staked out the first thing in the morning. If you are a parent, you might find this to be the perfect hotel. If you aren't, and you do not enjoy the boundless energy and noise of children, you will be sorry you booked a room here. So, think carefully about the dates you arrive and leave. As for prices: Although you can get a ”Tokyu Hotel” member card, and although you can find online promotions, the way the hotel makes its money is through its dinners. You are going to pay a lot for them, although there is effort put into them, so, you do feel you are having an ”experience.” But they do not come cheaply. Also, if you don't book your room with breakfast, expect to pay ¥2900 for a ”buffet breakfast.” If you are Japanese, you will love this breakfast; if not, you will find an adequate selection of items for a Western breakfast. But what if you want to go ”out to eat” at night, instead of paying between 10-20,000 yen for a meal? Good luck. Unless you have your own car (and I'd say about 90% of the customers
