I stayed in a room with a smoking swamp corner room swamp 19 tatami mats + wide edge. The air conditioning in the room is old air conditioning. You can adjust the air conditioner. There is a dehumidifier, but the towels are not dry at all. if there is no air conditioner, it is impossible without a fan. It's not very summer, but I thought it was impossible to go. it was 19 tatami mats, so it might have been more. it's partitioned in two, so it's closed, but there's no change at all. . . the dishes are basic courses. you can have breakfast on the river floor. it's a very pleasant space. It was raining, but I was able to spend it without any problems at all. There are mosquitoes until autumn. It is good to spray insects before entering the dining room. The dishes are very delicious. even in basics, it's full. if it's a little cooler, when the fire stops, it's cooler, so you should eat warm things early. ”Wasabi pot” is very refreshing and no spicy. I was able to eat people who were not good at wasabi. The taste of the pot was very delicious. The pre-eating sake was rare in La French sake. There were about 6 kinds of appetizers. The grilled and baked goods were salted cherry blossoms. cherry blossoms were rare with children. It was a little small cherry blossoms. Tea steamed, wasabi pot, tempura, and rice were chestnut rice. After the sashimi, dessert. It was almond tofu, melon, shine muscat. And the night meal mini onigiri. (there was a plum inside) Breakfast is basically a lot of rice. So, a side dish called a rice dish called a rice dish. It is made of wasabi donut, nori, potato, * baked, pickled, wasabi miso, Kamaboko zushi, etc. Tea steamed like a corner boiled image like a side dish. The baked goods are a little bit. The fish is half cut. And one bird dumpling. It was like eating too much rice. Ohitsu I replaced it. Miso soup is on fire, so you can warm it until the fire stops. The bath is 4 rentals. There is only one dressing room, and there is an approach to open the door, and there is a bath tub, so you lock the glass door and go ahead. Here, three people in the gym seat. ③ Komichi in the forest, three people enter. It's beautiful. The dressing room is also wide. ④ Meteor shower. The timing was not bad. Kaguya no Yu and forest no Komichi are until 23:30. It is not available in the morning. Get out of the building and go out. If you wait outside, you'll get bitten by mosquitoes. If it rains, you can't wait outside. After 30 minutes, you'll get a time on the net. Some people have an hour or so. (a little Hinshku) The public bath is only the inner bath. It seems that the male bath has a small open air. There is a rock bath, but it feels hard to use. I thought it would be good to have a bath replacement. The room has an empty refrigerator, only glass and hot water. The bath in the room is a unit bus, but there is a hot spring. It was good to have incense. I went to the bath. The basket was also convenient. There was a large mirror stand and it was good to use. The TV was also large. There was a chair for 4 people on the wide edge and it was convenient. There is a bridge nearby, so it is beautiful to go on foot at dusk. The river floor is also visible from the outside. The heart motif is beautiful. It was raining, but I went. We had the most wonderful time at Ochiairo! I came here for a birthday trip with my husband and best friend and we stayed in the spacious Aofuji room overlooking the river. The spatial arrangement offered more than enough space and privacy for 3 people and probably 2 couples or a family and kids. The white noise lulled us to sleep every night and it was simply magical. The international staff was so helpful to us. While we don’t speak Japanese, they did their best to understand and attend to us and it all worked out. They went above and beyond making my birthday feel very special. It was the small details that really mattered - ensuring that we had bikes and activities arranged the night before, coming to our room to teach me how to wear my yukata when I asked them to help, and even cleaning out and lovingly packaging some souvenir bento containers we arrived with when they saw them in our mini fridge! Everything about this place is just so beautiful. A few notes: - THE BATHS! When I tell you that I screamed when I saw the cave and private onsen in particular - just trust that they cannot be missed. - We are all tattooed - one of us significantly so. They have small tattoo covers but ask that you do cover them in the main bath areas (I only know this because I asked and they were incredibly polite about the advice) - We brought tattoo cover but in case you don’t want to bother, please take advantage of the absolutely stunning outdoor private baths - The food is great and eat dinner in sitting rooms upstairs (not served in your room) - You get unlimited drinks (alcoholic and otherwise) and snacks which was another pleasant surprise because they are so tasty! - The koi fish in the front swim up to you and follow you around with such enthusiasm. It’s as if they’re little pond puppies. The staff allowed us to feed them so if interested, please ask. - Don’t miss the swing next to the suspension bridge! - While I loved our room - please note that there is an abandoned hotel directly across the river from it. Kind of ruined the “I am communing with nature” vibes but it was fine in the long run. I could go on, but just trust that this place is just exceptional!

I was able to stay at the first stay, the special floor ”tosaemon”. It was hard to understand the reservation method, and even if I wanted to book a special floor Ａ in the official site, I was able to book only Ｂ, but I was satisfied as I hoped. It is comfortable for the customer as the previous reputation, and the staff from Vietnam is satisfied with the hard work of the front. The hot water of the source hanging was just good, and the room bath was satisfactory with all the large wooden stones. The meal was able to enjoy wasabi in the private room both morning and evening. It is an inn that can be well prepared by ”secret bath Roman” in advance, and it is more than expected. It seems that 'Shirakabe no sho' has been renewed to 'Shirakabe', and the inside of the building and the yukata are 'Shirakabe no sho', but all of the appearance of the building is beautiful. However, the building is large and maze, and there are many up and down, and the arrangement of the room is a little dissatisfied. The special lounge is also slow and satisfying, but if you want to go to the cocktail time after 17 o'clock, it is the best if you have nuts. For us, you can meet the highest evaluation inn after a long time and designate it to a new inn.

I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

Our room has a Mount Fuji view, which was great! However, the location of the hotel is situated on the hill, so May not be so convenient for travellers who don’t drive. Also, if you want to go to the public onsen within the hotel, you will have to take the shuttle bus, which is a bit inconvenient. However, overall this hotel is still a good choice!

This is a Ryokan which has a very good reputation. For me, the stay is perfect and I will recommend this Ryokan. Even though you cannot value the location of the Ryokan, as Shuzenji is a very small place. The Rokan is right opposite to the bamboo forest, which is suitable for my personal view. However, you need to notice as it is close to the bamboo forest and near to the river, you will find many bugs here, especially at night. Don't forget to close the windows and doors. When you first arrive at the Ryokan, don't forget to take a photo of the board at the door as you can find your name on it. If you have a name that can be written in Kanji, you can even email them to let them write in Kanji. The Ryokan itself is large but the staff are very nice and friendly. They will introduce the whole Ryokan to you when you arrive and lead you to the most places so that you can find out the several Onsens and amenities' locations. I will recommend you to discover the Ryokan when you are free. The Ryokan even provides guided tours as most of the buildings here are cultural heritage. Moreover, the Ryokan will even provide umbrellas, so no worries when it rains. The English of Ryokan staff is not ideal, as you might be able to guess. If you can speak Japanese, I will recommend you to use Japanese. The food quality is very good and they will sometimes provide some very interesting dishes. For example, the lobster shell tempura, which shocked me at first but tasted not bad. I have mentioned Onsen before but there are a few more you might need to know. Since the hotel has a long history, you might need to take a shower in your room first then go to the Onsen in different places as there are no shower places in Onsen like other Ryokan. However, the onsen is very good so I will recommend you try as many as you can. Overall, the Rokan is expensive but absolutely worthy. I will recommend you to try it when you are free.

　The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.

■ Location 　Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. About 7 minutes on foot from Shuzenji Onsen Station on the route bus. Large high-rise inn. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. The bicycle was also made by Panasonic and was new, and it was powerful even on the slopes. You can get there in about 20 minutes. At Niji no Sato, you can enjoy steam locomotives and views of Mt. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room 　The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities 　In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality 　The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

My family and I loved our experience at this onsen! The accommodations are first-rate and blend superbly a traditional japanese inn experience with modern comforts and luxury. The hot spring baths are all private and thoughtfully integrated into the rooms. It's incredibly relaxing to submerge yourself in one after a long day exploring the Izu peninsula! The service is impeccable and the staff are uniformly gracious and attentive. Finally, the food at the inn might have been the highlight! Breakfast and dinner are included and each is a high-class, multi-course meal. We were all amazed by how ornate, delicious, and varied the food was each time we sat down. Overall, we could not recommend this stay highly enough! It helped make our experience in Japan very special and one we'll cherish for many years.

The room is Japanese style, about 10 tatami in size. The entrance hall is also quite spacious, and there is a small cabinet to store things. You can drink tea on the balcony, look at the mountain view outside the window, and hear the sound of water and crows. The overall facilities are also relatively old, but the hygiene is good. There are two indoor and outdoor hot springs, which are also very clean. The breakfast is self-service, with a wide variety. If you are not too picky, you can basically skip lunch after breakfast. The Japanese are very punctual. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock. I overslept on the second day of my stay. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:01. They said apologetically that breakfast was over and would not let me in. So you must pay attention to the time when eating breakfast. Dinner is not included in the room rate. I added a dinner, which seems to be around 2,800 yen. The appearance and taste are also worth the money. The video was taken for dinner. This hotel is worth recommending. I guess I will stay here again when I come to Izu next time.
