This is an excellent resort with perfect location for an immersive Japanese Ryokan experience. The Nepali person at reception was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are friendly. The Onsen was amazing with cave Onsen and outdoor Onsen. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

I was very bothered by the dust and moldy smell. There was a tub bath in the room, but the balcony was covered in spider webs, which was painful for me as I hate spiders. All the staff seemed to be foreigners, but they were very friendly. It's an old facility, so it can't be helped to a certain extent, but it was disappointing that there were several times when I felt it was too much. The bath was empty, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was more delicious than a bad buffet and I was satisfied.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. Being able to bathe in the hot spring whenever I want is the best thing. The price of the accommodation was very good value. There were many different kinds of sashimi for breakfast and dinner, and the tempura was warm and there was also grilled sweetfish with salt. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. The food and the room were excellent.

源泉露天風呂付Jr.スイート36平米 Yahooトラベルで食事付き2人で21000少し。 伊豆で！やす〜い 部屋は広くて綺麗だし、安いのにベッドも良い硬さだし良い。 食事は同じ安価の伊東園並みで期待はしない方がいいです。 以前は高級旅館で部屋食だったのかな？って思う所。 スタッフさんに日本人が居ないのかな？しかし対応は良くて好感度があります。 駐車場はホテル前まで乗り付け、荷物と同乗者を降ろしてから市道に縦列駐車。 車が通る事を考えると左キワキワに停めることになります。 早めに来ないと離れた所に停めないとダメだし、日帰り入浴の車もありましたよ。 チェックインは5階。エントランスが5階 ウェルカムコーヒーをいただき部屋へ。 客室は下に下がる感じで１階が大浴場。 内湯は温度が違うのが３つ 洞窟風呂、露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂があり、２つの壺風呂は使用不可。 アメニティとウォーターサーバがありました。 部屋からはタオルがセットされている湯籠（バック）を待っていきます。 部屋にはペットボトルのお水がありますが、近くにコンビニやお店が無いので、車で来るならローソン月ヶ瀬が良いかも。 道の駅もありました。 満点にならないのは。 やっぱり食事。 品数は少ないし味も値段相応。 すき焼きがありましたが肉は値段相応。 すき焼きに入れるタレは残念ながら関西人には合わずにプラス醤油なとを足しました。あとお酒や砂糖が有れば自分で作るのにな〜。 結局すき焼きうどんで食べました。 美味しかったのは、どっさり容器に入れたイクラ！ちらし寿司にたんまり入れて食べました。 食事は期待無しをすれば、お値段以上な場所。 リピート確定
