The location is located on a mountain. There are hotel vehicles and special buses to the train station for access. It is recommended to drive by yourself for easy access. The spring water is first-class. My skin feels smooth after soaking. The bed is comfortable. The room is very hygienic and there are no bug bites. You can stay here again👍

We booked a balcony suite with Mount Fuji view, but we were not told whether it was on the first or second floor when we checked in. We found it was not the room type we wanted, and we were told that they had no room type to change to. Moreover, they forgot our luggage at the front desk and did not deliver it to the room. We went to the front desk to ask, and they did. It was inconvenient to enter and exit, and the staff's English was not very good, so communication was difficult. In short, it was not worth the price...
