This was my first time at Toi Onsen. It was my first time staying in Shizuoka outside of Atami, so the view from Nishiizu and Mt. Fuji were a constant source of excitement. This time, I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, so I was able to stay with privacy in mind. I also ate in my room, so there was no crowding. The food was luxurious, mainly seafood, including abalone and steak. The amenities were plentiful, and the ladies there gave it good reviews. However, some of the facilities looked worn out or had poor maintenance, which was a concern.
