I've been traveling a lot in the past couple months and by far, this has been my favorite place. it's clean, comfortable with nice, spacious rooms but the best is the staff. They went above and beyond everything to make me feel welcome and cared for, I have never experienced just kindness and care in any hotel I've been to. this is always gonna be my go to hotel in Mexico City from now on

We arrived very late, the room was quite good, there was a room in the room that there was already a guest, the room card could not be swiped, the front desk did not find a problem, let the guests repeatedly run several times to swipe the room card. The service work is not fine enough.

First of all, I played this (4 points) mainly because of this price, the room is clean, the room is large, the bed is big, and the bathroom is big. The surrounding environment can be seen, there is a super market next to it, all the daily necessities are there, the subway is also very close, less than 5 minutes walk. Hotel services can be used, what you need (hotels to pay) will be given, although 98% of the staff do not speak English, but will eventually get it. Equipment and facilities can be smashed, not old, and so on. I will continue to choose it next time I go to Mexico City.
