Excellent facilities. Very nice, and it's great that it's right on the plaza, so you can go out for lunch or dinner without any problem. The airport shuttle is perfect.

Muy buen lugar para quedarte a pasar la noche si estás de paso en CDMX, a solo 18 min del aeropuerto y tienen el servicio de traslado gratis, el hotel está ubicado dentror de una plaza donde puedes ver y comer diferentes opciones y las instalaciones están muy bien, en esta ocasión el elevador estaba dañado y tuvimos que usar el de servicio pero fuera de eso la habitación cómoda y limpia que es lo que buscas para descansar una noche mientras estás de paso. Lo recomiendo!

Mejora de habitación 178 al usar la regaderaas de una vez se fuga atravez del cancel ya que no hay un sellado hermético de la puerta no del hule transparente se puede producir un accidente caída fractura etc. Las habitaciones piso fiesta no tienen detalles

Their website says : 24/7 shuttle on the hour. It even says in big in the lobby. When we arrived, we wanted to book the shuttle for the next morning. We were informed there was no shuttle, but they'd book us a taxi. The next morning, indeed no shuttle, but also no taxi. Can you imagine, in the middle of the city, 15 minutes from the biggest airport of Mexico... no taxis ? It took them a while to arrange transport and when we finally made it to the airport, 1 suitcase was left behind in the hotel. It took them +90 minutes to deliver it and by that time we had missed our flight. We lost a full day of our holiday and had to pay 390U$ for new flights. Don't stay in that hotel ! There are plenty of other decent places !
