We were there in January 2025. Good service, varied breakfast. The spa is not very convenient with a public corridor between the sauna and the pool

The best quality hotel in the Izmit area.
It has a large parking lot and there are many local restaurants nearby, so it is very good for dinner when on a business trip.

The room was small in first day, after I complained it was charged to better size room. There a delay in assign of room even if you come after check in time. Overall the hotel is good.

Oteliniz sadece spa ve spor salonu kısmını kullanıyorum. Daha öncesinde de bu kısımlardan kısmen memnundum ama spor salonun düzen ve tertibi hiç iyiye gitmiyor. Spanın giriş kısmında bulunan çalışanlar ile bu durumu paylaştığımda mesaisinin yeni başladığını antrenörün buralarda olduğunu kendisine ileteceğini söyledi. Bu dağınıklığın arasında spor yapmak çok yorucu ve motivasyonumu düşürüyor. Üyelerin spor salonuna kaydınının sağlanırken daha detaylı bilgilendirilmelerinin gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Çünkü burayı para verdikten sonra dağıtabilecekleri alanlar olarak görüyorlar.

Havuz dışında herşey güzeldi. Hijyen yönünden bir sıkıntı yoktu. Sadece havuz yeterli büyüklüğe sahip değildi. Hamam , sauna ve buhar odası ***et temiz ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli , odalar kullanışlı ve temizdi. Ailece tercih edilebilir.
