The hotel was very good in terms of service and staff. Since it is a bit old building, the sound insulation of the windows on the street is bad and we had to turn it off because the air conditioner was very noisy. We thank you for everything.

Rude and nasty customer service. No air conditioning in the room and asked to open the windows for cool air. So terrible and the food choices are rare. I will not recommend it to anyone. All night I was awake and could not sleep with high room temperature.

Hotel central y con lo básico; nada especial. De hecho, los desayunos eran igual, faltaba fruta, yogurt y otras amenidades. Para ir de paso, bien. Las habitaciones regular, en mi caso me costó dormir porque las almohadas eran un tanto incómodas.

Temizliği normal olan, çalışanların kibar ve ilgili olduğu; biraz eski olmasına rağmen kalınabilir nitelikte bir otel. Konum olarak Kordon'a çok yakın olması büyük avantaj. Kahvaltı biraz zayıf kalabilir. Klimalar gece sessizliğinde aşırı ses yapıyor. Kötünün üstü, iyinin bir tık altı.

Couldn’t fault this hotel, the staff are super friendly, very helpful, the rooms are lovely , well stocked.very clean. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience. The hotel is perfectly situated, there is bus, tram and taxis galore to reach all the attractions
