The location of the hotel is not great. In the hotel itself we had problems with the water for two days. First the hose was broken, which was only replaced several times, and then there was no more water. Despite repeated requests, the problem was resolved at midnight due to complaints.
At breakfast there was no bread left and they said "unfortunately we don't have any left". That's why we didn't have breakfast at the hotel at all. The selection was also very poor.

Breakfast was very poor and tasteless. But the staff was very helpful and attentive. Walking distance to Alsancak is 30 minutes. It is also located in Basmane, where there are many immigrants. Cleanliness is good, beds are comfortable. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear all the sounds in the corridor. Shampoo soap ingredients are of poor quality.
