Хорошее расположение отеля, находится на набережной, в пешей доступности от центра и от многих достопримечательностей. Комфортный номер снабжён всем необходимым, имеется холодильник, телевизор, электрический чайник, предоставляются чашки, чайный набор, пополняется бутилированная вода, из расчёта 0,5 л на человека, в душевой предоставляется шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, находящихся в контейнерах, а так же зубные щётки с пастой и одноразовые тапочки. Проживание в отеле мне понравилось, обслуживающий персонал вежливый и внимательный. А завтрак вообще шикарный, большое разнообразие блюд и напитков, в том числе несколько видов смузи, чаи с облепихой, с клюквой, с травами. Такое разнообразие напитков даже далеко не во всех пятёрках встретишь.

В меню бронирования указано в описании "вид на озеро". Заселили с видом на страшный задний двор. Почитала описание внимательнее: сверху значок "вид на озеро", а внизу в описании номера написано "вид на озеро или на двор". Миленько. В договоре подписываешь, что согласен со всем. Минибара нет. Просто поспать без вида) В номере: бутылка воды, пакетики чая с сахаром, тапки, мининабор для ванной (мыло и гель не индивидуальные). В ванной пока бросала мусор в урну - приложилась о бойлер головой. Сама тоже молодец, конечно, но раз я так ударилась, значит и ещё кто-нибудь ударится. В душевой на полу был волос - отель всё же претендует на приличный, поэтому такое недопустимо. Кафе внизу ничего, хотя озера тоже не видно, и официант был очень странный. Кулеры стильные в коридоре, детский угол, массажное кресло (платно).

Мой отзыв о ресторане отеля Панорама. Кроме красивого вида на пруд и «красивых» цен в меню ничего не увидела. Не вкусно! При том брали разные блюда, и много, и никому ничего не понравилось. Да-красивый зал, да-красивое оформление стола, да-неплохая работа официантов. Но не вкусно! Были здесь примерно год назад, помню ,что еда была лучше, замечаний не было. Сейчас или поменялся повар или другая причина, но такие деньги, которые мы заплатили было просто жаль, остались голодные и неудовлетворенные ((
