es una lástima, aun cuando tengo reserva desde diciembre del 2024, ahora en mayo 2025 he tenido una serie de sorpresas desagradables con ello, he venido ya un par de años, la ubicacion es perfecta y la actitud de servicio de la recepccionista nocturna es incomparable, lamentablemente su gerente y no sé si los dueños sepan o sean sus políticas el trato es déspota y sin vocación de servicio, me.cambian las habitaciones, vengo con 3 menores de 5 años, mi esposa y un adulto mayor, no acceden a respetar mis reservas, me dan casi una bodega de habitación y sin aire acondicionado, el año pasado durante toda mi estadía se fue la luz por las noches ...... y etc etc etc. NO SE ARRIESGUEN NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Nos encantó, la atención del personal muy amable.blancos muy limpios ,camas muy comodas.esta atrás del convento todo cerca caminando. Los amaneceres muy bonitos.Excelente lo recomiendo mucho. Y el restaurantedel hotel para desayunos excelente de 10. El precio excelente.me encanto. Ciudad de México .nos encantó!!

Easy to walk around. Half of the staff really nice the the other half unfriendly. The room we got (suite 100 had an unfinished floor which is no big deal but it was quite noisy and there are lots of mosquitos in the room eating you alive.

Das Hotel liegt ideal im Herzen der Altstadt von Izamal. Kurze Wege zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich bekam, gemäss der Dame am Empfang, das schönste Zimmer in der Anlage. Das war nicht zuviel behauptet. Komplett ruhig, schön eingerichtet, gross und mit toller Aussicht. Es gibt eine grosse Terrasse, auf der Leguane beobachtet werden können. Das Frühstück in der Pergola im Garten war Top. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatte ich einen grossartigen Aufenthalt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte absolut. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel!
