Tener que esperar después de salir y entregar la habitación, no me gustó esperar a verificar que nada se lleva uno , aunque uno es honrado, pues lo hacen sentir como delincuente , las chicas de front desk no son muy amables , no sonríen demasiado serias.

El servicio de alimentos podría mejorar un poco. Si el restaurante está abierto de 8 a 10, no es posible que a las 9:30 deje de hacer alimentos, y tmb poco calientes.

El lugar esta increible por la vistas y las aguas termales, esta muy limpio y las intalaciones estan "bien", el servicio de check in fue muy tardado, nos tuvieron esperando unos 30-45 min para darnos nuestro cuarto, la alberca para huespedes no tenia agua, el bufett no estaba listo en el horario establecido, fuera de eso el personal es muy amable y atento
